Pricing, Payments & No COD

2. We currently accept prepaid payments only, via trusted payment gateway – Razorpay (cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, etc.)

Shipping, Delivery & Delhivery Service

1. We currently ship orders within India only.
2. Our primary logistics partner is Delhivery or other reputed courier partners as required.

4. Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, festivals, strikes, or natural events.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If you receive a parcel that appears tampered with, severely damaged, or opened:

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

1. Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used, for hygiene and authenticity reasons.
2. Returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
   • Wrong product shipped
   • Product received in a physically damaged or leaked condition
   • Manufacturing defect (subject to verification)
3. In such cases, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery at One9lifestyle@gmail.com with clear photos/videos and unboxing proof where possible.
4. Cancellations:
   • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

No Samples / Mini Bottles Policy

2. Orders placed with the expectation of receiving free samples, testers, or minis will be fulfilled only with the items explicitly mentioned in the order summary.
3. Any request for “trial size”, “decant”, or “tester” bottles not listed on the website will not be processed.
