Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with our online perfume store in India. We work hard to deliver 100 percent genuine and fresh fragrances to you.
This Refunds and Returns Policy explains when and how refunds or returns are accepted for orders placed on our website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned on this page.


1. General Conditions

  • We sell only original, sealed perfumes and grooming products.
  • We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD). All orders are prepaid through Razorpay payment method.
  • We do not sell testers, samples or mini bottles. Every product listed is a full retail pack unless clearly mentioned otherwise.
  • Since perfumes are personal care and hygiene related products, we do not accept returns for reasons like fragrance preference, change of mind or dislike of scent after use.

2. When Are Returns Or Refunds Accepted

We accept returns or provide refunds only in the following situations:

2.1 Damaged Or Leaking Product On Delivery

A return or refund can be requested if:

  • The perfume bottle is broken, cracked or heavily leaking on arrival.
  • The outer packaging is severely damaged and the product inside is affected.

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of the delivery time as shown in the Delhivery tracking details.
  • Clear photos and, if possible, a short video of the damaged parcel and product are required.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging as far as possible.

2.2 Wrong Product Shipped

A return or refund can be requested if:

  • You received a completely different product than what you ordered.
  • The brand, fragrance name, or bottle size does not match your order confirmation.

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Photos of the received product and the shipping label on the box are required.
  • The product must be unused and the seal should not be broken.

2.3 Missing Item In The Shipment

A refund or reshipment can be requested if:

  • One or more items from your prepaid order are missing.

Conditions:

  • You must report this within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing photos or video and a picture of the shipping label are strongly recommended.
  • We will verify the weight and packing logs with Delhivery to confirm the claim.

3. Cases Where Refunds Or Returns Are Not Allowed

To maintain hygiene, safety and quality standards for all customers, we cannot accept returns or give refunds in the following cases:

  • You do not like the fragrance after trying it.
  • You feel the fragrance does not last long enough on your skin.
  • Minor scratches on the outer box that do not affect the bottle or product.
  • Color or packaging variations due to brand updates or different batches.
  • The product has been used, opened or the seal has been broken.
  • Any request raised after the allowed time window mentioned above.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions or marked as non refundable.

4. Return Process And Pickup

Once your return or refund request is approved by our support team:

  • For eligible cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup through Delhivery where service is available.
  • The product must be packed securely in its original box along with any freebies, outer cartons and invoices.
  • If Delhivery does not service your pickup pincode, you may be asked to ship the parcel back using a standard reliable courier. In such cases, we may reimburse basic courier charges after sharing a valid courier bill, subject to prior approval.

If the product received back is found used, tampered with or different from what was originally shipped, the return request may be rejected and the product can be shipped back to you at your cost.


5. Refund Method And Timelines

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, or once a refund is approved for a missing or wrong item:

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For Razorpay and Google Pay or UPI payments, the refund is usually initiated within 3 to 5 working days from approval.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 7 working days to reflect the amount in your account.

We do not issue cash refunds or offline refunds.

In some cases, we may offer store credit or a discount voucher as an alternative. This will be clearly communicated during the resolution discussion.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Since we process orders quickly to ensure faster delivery:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or handed over to Delhivery.
  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation is not possible. The order will be treated as a confirmed purchase and will follow the same Refunds and Returns Policy mentioned here.
  • To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately with your order ID.

If a prepaid order is cancelled in time, the refund will be processed to the original payment method as per the timelines mentioned above.


7. Undelivered Or Returned To Origin (RTO) Orders

If Delhivery is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect address,
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts, or
  • Refusal to accept the parcel at the doorstep,

the order may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases:

  • We can reship the parcel to an updated address after collecting additional shipping charges, or
  • We can process a refund after deducting forward and return shipping charges, packaging and handling costs, as applicable.

8. How To Raise A Refund Or Return Request

To raise a refund or return request, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number and email address
  • Clear photos or videos of the product, parcel and shipping label
  • A short description of the issue (damaged product, wrong product, missing item and so on)

Requests without sufficient proof or raised outside the valid time window may not be accepted.


9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refunds and Returns Policy from time to time to improve our service and to comply with legal and courier partner requirements in India.

The latest version of this policy will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our website and your purchases from our perfume store will be treated as acceptance of the latest policy.
