Yes. All perfumes listed on our website are 100% original and sourced from authorized distributors or trusted importers. We do not deal in duplicates, first copies or grey-market products

We deliver across most pincodes in India through Delhivery.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Perfumes are sensitive and hygiene products, so we usually do not accept returns if the product is opened or used.

In such cases, please share unboxing images/videos within 24–48 hours of delivery and our team will help you with the resolution.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or leaked bottle?
Please record a short unboxing video while opening the package and share it along with clear photos of the damage with our support team within 24–48 hours.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as per our policy
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may refuse delivery and inform our support team, but shipping charges may be deducted as per policy
